Owned and operated by Jason Woznesensky, Boasting over 30 years of experience in retaining walls, patios, water features, stone works, arbours, pergolas and plantings in the Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Always wanting to expand his knowledge and creative style, Jason has spent many winter months working on his craft in many different parts of British Columbia such as Vancouver, Invermere, Nanaimo, Victoria BC and even Gabriola Island. Retaining Walls

Curved planting walls and walkways and steps let this exciting landscape flow smoothly and continuously. The walls and planters work together to help create boundaries that define the separate areas of the yard, and re create a tiered look rather than a flat one.

Colour and style will be chosen specifically in accordance to the style that is trying to be achieved for the yard.

We tend to utilize the natural beauty of our region, incorporating a variety of natural and weathered boulders along with maintenance free flower beds.

By incorporating this “rocky” maintenance free look we soften up the appeal with an array of perennials, annuals, shrubs and mature trees.

Arbours and Pergolas

Arbours/Pergolas are the perfect accent for any walkway or garden. It is a great way to bring the inside out. Your garden and entertaining area will become more intimate on those days that you spend outside or when you have guests over to entertain.

Plantings

The values of landscape plants are many including their influence on our hot occasionally wet summers, cold winter climates, air purification, noise reduction, privacy screening and increasing property value.

The plants must be selected, planted and maintained with skill. Ultimately the selection process considers factors such as size, adaptability to soil conditions, exposure to sun, shade, wind and maintenance requirements.

Planting a wide variety of large mature trees to help make the yard look as though it has always been there for years is as important as plant texture, foliage colour, flowers, and fruit during various times of the season.
